1) Where can you draw?

You can only draw on shared screens. To start drawing, click on the share screen thumbnail to access the screen share canvas. You will see an Object menu on the shared canvas and clicking on the object will open up a panel with drawing options.

Drawings and objects placed on the screen will appear on the same location for all users in the room.

<aside> ๐Ÿ’ก When you are sharing your screen, use the pen tool and object icon located in the shared screen indicator to start drawing immediately.

2) What can you draw?

  1. Drawing

    You can pinpoint a location on the screen, underline, highlight, or circle anything on the screen. You can also change the color and size using the object panel.

  2. Text

    Type in a text and place it on the screen. You can change the color and use the mouse wheel or MacBook Trackpad zoom in/zoom out to adjust the size of the texts.

  3. Timer

    You can place a timer on the screen. Set a time to meet your meeting or presentation agenda.

    <aside> ๐Ÿ’ก If you donโ€™t close the timer after the timer has run out, it will remain on the screen.

  4. Shapes

    You can create squares, circles, and arrows on the screen. Select the shape you want and drag to create the shape you want.

  5. GIF

    Put GIFs on the shared screen to make the meeting more interesting. GIFs will automatically disappear 5 seconds later, and you can also look for different GIFs by searching for them.

  6. Images

    You can place images you have in your device on the screen. Click the [Import] button to upload the file. Once a file is uploaded, you can reuse it again without having to upload it again.

      Use the Eraser icon to erase all the drawing and objects on the screen.
