Clicking on Share Screen on the Room Control panel opens up a window that allows you to choose the screen or application you want to share. Select the screen you wish to share. You also have options that toggle the quality of the shared screen depending on what type of content you’re sharing!

💡 When sharing a screen with lots of movements like games or videos, choose better video quality, and when sharing texts, documents, and design templates, choose better text quality.

When someone in the room starts sharing their screen, a thumbnail will appear in the Room Control panel. Click the thumbnail to open the screen share canvas. You can view the shared screen in full screen, or drag the lower right corner of the window to adjust the size.
<aside> 💡 Use the pin button on the top of the header to make the shared screen stay on top, and double clicking on the header will automatically set the size to full screen.

<aside> 💡 When you minimize the Room Control panel during a screen share session, it will be replaced by a PEEP icon that lets you know that a screen share session is ongoing.

You can turn off screen share in the following ways:
When you are the one sharing the screen, click on the icon in the Room Control panel.
Click [Stop Sharing] at the bottom of screen share indicator.
Click on the [X] in the Room Control thumbnail.
<aside> 💡 You can use the thumbnail to turn off other people’s screen share.
